This insurance indemnifies the insured for the

The above Basic Cover may be extended against payment of additional premiums, to cover Special Perils, including loss or damage due to :

Explosions (other than mentioned in Basic

Riot strikes or malicious acts
Earthquake
Storm, tempest and flood
Bursting or overflowing of water tanks,
apparatus or pipes
Impact by vehicle or animals
Burglary
Above is subject to an excess of BD 50 for each and every loss.
